Averill & Reaney Bogeys Giftcard Giveaway-Official Rules

1. Eligibility
   • Open to legal residents of LA, MS, AL, & FLA who are 18+ at the time of entry.
   • Void where prohibited by law.
2. Sponsor
   • This giveaway is hosted by Averill & Reaney, located at 216 N Columbia St. STE A, Covington, LA.
3. Agreement to Rules
   • By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Averill & Reaney, which are final and binding.
4. How to Enter
   • Follow us on Instagram (@arlawllc) AND Facebook (Averill & Reaney Attorneys at Law).
   • Like the giveaway post on either platform
   • Tag 2 Friends in the post on either instagram OR facebook.
   • If you are already following our Instagram and Facebook, you'll be automatically entered into the drawing if you tag 2 friends in the post.
5. Entry Period
   • Entries will be accepted from 10/20 until 10/30 11:59 PM (EST).
6. Prize
   • The winner will receive a $150 Bogeys gift card.
   • No cash or other prize substitution permitted.
7. Winner Selection & Notification
   • Winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
   • Winner will be announced on 10/31 via our official Instagram and Facebook accounts and contacted via direct message.
   • On 10/31, our team will extract our followers on instagram and facebook. The winner must be following our accounts on both platforms and have tagged 2 friends in the post. The tagging can occur on either instagram OR facebook.
   • If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, a new winner will be chosen.
   • Prize will be mailed via USPS standard mail - Averill & Reaney do not ensure delivery or replacement due to USPS problems that may arise.
8. Rights Granted by Entrants
   • By entering, entrants grant Averill & Reaney permission to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes, without compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Terms
   • Averill & Reaney reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures compromise its integrity.
